The ticket price includes the performance ONLY. Upon arrival guests will choose their meal from our menu and pay for any food & beverage at intermission. The menu will be posted here at least three weeks prior to the opening of a show.
Tickets must be purchased online or over the phone with a debit or credit card. Orders cannot be processed via email. For your security, please do not give out your payment information via email as email is not secure.

To qualify for the group booking process you must have a group of 11 or more. In an effort to continue to give groups an all-inclusive price, despite the changes to our ticketing model, the price per person is now $50. This includes the show and any three course meal from our "Dinner & A Show" menu (water, beer cheese, choice of salad, choice of entrée with sides and choice of dessert). This price does NOT include coffee, tea or gratuity.
We can add unlimited coffee/tea to a group reservation for an additional $2 per person.
If you would like to pre-assess gratuity, simply let the box office know and we can add that to your invoice. The estimated meal portion of the ticket is $25 - we can do a flat rate or a percentage based on this or the whole ticket price. We recommend $5 per person
If you would like to add an alcohol package to your reservation the starting rate is $7 per person per drink. Let the box office know if you'd like to add this to your invoice.
In order to reserve a group, a $200 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. This amount will go towards your final balance which is due two weeks prior to your reservation on the earliest business day.

Doors open at 5:30pm. Dinner begins as soon as you are seated and ready with your order. Please arrive no later than 6:30pm to allow enough time to take your order and serve you. Announcements are at 7pm and the show begins at 7:30pm. You can expect to be out by 9:30pm
Doors open at 11:30am. Lunch begins as soon as you are seated and ready with your order. Please arrive no later than 12:30pm to allow enough time to take your order and serve you. Announcements are at 1pm and the show begins at 1:30pm. You can expect to be out by 3:30pm
The meal is no longer included in the ticket price. You can find our current show menu HERE. We will be changing up the menu for each show so be on the lookout for some new tasty items to try!
Please note that if you are not booking a whole table it is very likely that the other seats will be filled by another party. Also, if you are booking your seats separate from each other, there is no guarantee that we will be able to seat you together. Due to limited space we are only able to add seats to certain tables. To find the best seating, please give us a call in the box office.

Gift cards from 2022 or prior will function a little differently since the meal is no longer included in the ticket price. Gift cards from 2022 and prior are valued at $50. Since the tickets in 2023 are $25/$30 depending on the show, you will still book your tickets using the code on the gift card. Upon arrival, you will receive the difference on a separate physical gift card that you can use towards food & beverage purchases ($25 or $20 depending on the show you book)
If you have a credit on file with us from a previous cancellation we will utilize the full amount paid from that reservation and deduct the new price of the tickets. You will receive a new physical gift card upon arrival with the difference to use towards food and beverage purchases.
The Barn III requires payment in full at the time of reservation, no exceptions. We accept credit, debit, cash or check (cash or check must be presented in person when booking tickets - we are unable to accept cash or check over the phone). Groups of 11 or more should reference the group booking procedure above.
Cancellation Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. If you give us at least 24 hour's notice we can forward your tickets to a future show at no additional cost. This does not apply to group bookings. Please review your invoice for the group cancellation policy.
At this time we do not offer a children's discount, senior discount or military discount. Check out our social medias (Facebook and Instagram) for promotional discounts.
We are a family friendly venue, but out of courtesy for all patrons, we ask that children on the age of 7 do not attend a performance unless it is advertised as a children's production.
